Circle Four Utility Services is a locally owned, family business, successfully serving the Permian Basin and surrounding areas for the past two years. The roots of the company are based in faith and family. When Chris Garrett, who also acts as CEO of Bulldog Safety Anchors, prayed for an opportunity to diversify his family’s business ventures, this utility services company came to him. He co-owns Circle Four Utility Services with his father-in-law, Buddy McDonald. The image of a circle represents the power of prayer and faith. The four represent the two co-owners and their wives.
